A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER,

LAUREN HAWKINS | BSB, BSN, RN, CCRN

My work in oncology, critical care, and cardiac intensive care shaped how I think about health. I saw what happens when care begins too late, and how often people are left reacting instead of planning ahead for long, healthy lives. I founded Arōe to shift that behavior.

Arōe is built around prevention, education, and evidence-informed care that supports healthspan over time. We focus on understanding how the body works today, then we design thoughtful protocols that help it function better for longer.

At Arōe, our care is intentional. We prioritize science over trends, efficacy over excess, and long-term outcomes over quick fixes. My goal is to simplify complex research and translate it into care that feels clear, personalized, and sustainable.

Staying young isn’t about reversing your age. It’s about consistently supporting your body, understanding why it works, and making informed choices early. I hope Arōe becomes a trusted part of how you care for your health, now and over time.

xo,
Lauren Hawkins
