How does the assessment work?

A few minutes of questions about your goals and history, labs where they help, and a licensed clinician reviews it all before anything is recommended. You get a clear path, not a sales pitch.

Do I need a membership to order?

No. You can shop treatments directly, one-time or on subscription. Every order is still reviewed by a licensed clinician before it ships. Membership adds ongoing refinement, early access, and 10% off.

What does clinician-prescribed mean?

A licensed clinician evaluates your intake and prescribes only where clinically appropriate. Prescription treatments are dispensed through licensed, accredited pharmacy partners, never sold outright.

Where are you available?

Online where available, at home in select cities, and in person at the SoHo flagship, 172 Prince Street. Eligibility is confirmed during intake and varies by state.
