In their words
Real patients, real reviews.
I felt listened to for the first time in years. Nobody rushed me, and the plan actually reflected what I said.
I finally understood the plan. Every step was explained before I decided anything.
I did not have to chase anyone. The check-ins came to me, and the team already knew my history.
Representative of feedback we hear, not individual patient endorsements. Individual experiences vary.
