The Arōe Assessment | Women's Essential
One Kit
Every patient starts with labs, a visit with an Arōe NP, and a written plan of care. Then continue with a membership, or pay à la carte.
From $249
1. Choose your lab kit and complete the form sent upon booking.
2. Book a time. This is not an actual appointment. It is how our clinic processes your order, so there is nothing to attend.
3. Your Arōe provider reviews your answers and orders your kit. After ordering, we charge you the $249 Assessment fee, then ship your kit to your home.
4. Collect your sample at home.
5. Once your results are back, you meet with an Arōe NP, who will call in 3 months of medication if needed.
6. Continue your care with a membership, billed quarterly. Medications are billed separately.
Our three women's panels cover the full picture. The Arōe 8 Women's Essential Panel looks at how your hormones work together, including estradiol, progesterone, FSH, LH, prolactin, testosterone, DHEA-S and thyroid, whether you're cycling, in perimenopause or menopause, or exploring HRT. Comprehensive Metabolic gives you a full-body baseline, with blood sugar, blood count, liver and kidney function, lipids, inflammation, cortisol, B12 and thyroid. The Female Longevity Panel pairs your sex hormones with heart health markers like ApoB and lipids, plus inflammation, vitamin D and thyroid, for a long view of how you age.
For ongoing care, the Arōe Membership is $179 per quarter (about $60 a month) and is designed for members who start with the Comprehensive Metabolic or The Female Longevity panel. It gives you steady support all year, with a visit or check-in at months 3, 6, 9 and 12 (2 video visits and 2 async check-ins) and 2 lab kits a year, plus your prescriptions and personalized protocol, unlimited care-team chat, and 10% off all other services.
On a hormone track, the HRT Membership is $249 per quarter and is designed for members who start with the Arōe 8 Women's Essential Hormone Panel. It gives you closer support in your first year, with visits at 4 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 12 months and lab kits at 4 weeks, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months, plus your hormone protocol, unlimited care-team chat, and 10% off all other services.
In their words
Real patients, real reviews.
I felt listened to for the first time in years. Nobody rushed me, and the plan actually reflected what I said.
I finally understood the plan. Every step was explained before I decided anything.
I did not have to chase anyone. The check-ins came to me, and the team already knew my history.

Notes on the Long Game.
"Not sick" is not the same as healthyMost people believe that being "not sick" is the same as being healthy. It isn't. Health is a spectrum of function that requires intentional maintenance long before a decline begins.
